Gazpacho style Salsa (with Cherokee Purple tomatoes, fresh Cilantro, cucumbers, etc) and Tortilla chips

Tempura (shrimp, squash and zucchini slices, okra, onion, Shiso leaves)

Cold Buckwheat noodles with ice cold dipping sauce

Stuffed Zucchini (garlic, onion, dried tomatoes, parmigiano reggiano cheese, cream)
